Nobody would ever think that Florentino Perez would even push himself to get some money by getting some loans from the two leading banks in Madrid, Spain. Off course, he did that because he knew the math. He has already set some calculations that surely would give the Real Madrid some benefits.

Look at the fantastic numbers that they have spent to buy some players. For only three players, Kaka’ from AC Milan, Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United, and Karim Benzema for Olimpique Lyon, the Real Madrid must pay about 170 million Euros (Kaka’ 60, Cristiano Ronaldo 90, and Karim Benzema 20). They still add more players such as Raul Albiol, and the last expense was Xabi Alonso from Liverpool with 20 million Euros.

The only income so far was only from the selling of Klaas Jan Huntelaar to Milan with only 14 million Euros. That would be such far numbers. But somehow, according to Senor Perez, the Real Madrid financial situation is secured even they have spent so many money. Compare to the world global crisis, this is such a very contradictive situation.
